These terms cover your use of Grease. By using the service you agree to them. They are written plainly on purpose — if anything is unclear, email sales@greases.app before you rely on it.
The trial and billing
Every garage starts with a 45-day free trial. We do not take card details for the trial, so nothing is charged automatically. After the trial you choose a plan — Base, Plus or Pro — and pay monthly in Indian Rupees by UPI or card. Prices exclude 18% GST. You can cancel at any time; there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Acceptable use
Grease connects to your own WhatsApp number to message your own customers about their own jobs. You agree not to use it to send unsolicited bulk or marketing messages, and to comply with WhatsApp’s terms. Misuse that puts the service or other garages at risk may lead to suspension.
Your data and your customers
Your garage’s data belongs to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for having a lawful basis to store your customers’ details with us. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Invoices and compliance
Grease helps you produce GST Rule-46 invoices, but you remain responsible for the correctness of your tax filings and for the commercial content of your invoices. Grease is a tool, not a substitute for professional tax advice.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Grease running, but we provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we will let you know. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
